Have a Scarily Good Half Term with Mini and Mega Makers

Join us at The Customs House for creative family fun to start of your half term. We love seeing our regular Mini Makers but excited to greet new children and their families.Tickets can be bought on the day from the box office although if you are bringing a big group its advisable to purchase in advance to make sure you get your space.

Next Monday (Monday 23rd October) we have Mini Makers for children 11 and under with their grown-ups. Mini Makers starts at 11am and runs to 2pm (last entry at 1.30pm). Children will make squashed toads from paper and card (don’t worry no animals will be hurt), paper pumpkins and monster puppets. You can stay for as little or long as you like. Tickets are £2. We positively encourage fancy dress!

Mini Makers has been described as. “More than just another craft session”.

Then, from 2pm until 4pm (last entry 2.15pm)we have Mega Makers challenge for children 11 to 13 (NO GROWN UPS ALLOWED). Mega Makers involves a more challenging make so we need you to stay for the whole session. Mega Makers also signposts other opportunities to take part as children grow including Filmmaking, Pizza and Pencils and Youth Theatre.
