Meet the Creative Engagement Team

Fiona Martin has worked with children and young people since 2006 to engage them in the arts, and specialises in theatre for young people. She supports talent development across the organisation, in particular for creatives aged 25 and under.  Fiona works with Arts Award Associate Jane Gray to deliver the regional strategic programme for Culture Bridge North East. She directs the Senior Youth Theatre, facilitates youth theatre activity in the venue, and manages our Learning and Participation Team. Fiona is delighted to be a Board Member for The Cultural Spring Charity and The National Association of Youth Theatre Email Fiona.

Andrew works as Creative Engagement Producer for The Customs House. He has worked as an actor across the North East and UK and also works as Co-Director for The Customs House Youth Theatre. Andrew is particularly passionate about working in theatre with young people from South Tyneside.
