In light of most recent Government measures to control the spread of Covid -19 virus, The Customs House is temporarily closed.
As a charity, this enforced closure will have substantial long-term financial ramifications for The Customs House. With less than 10% of our resources coming from public funding, we rely heavily on our fantastic audiences and supporters to engage with what we do to allow us to continue to deliver our core mission statement of arts and entertainment for all; from buying tickets for a show to catching a film through to buying a coffee or becoming a Friend, every penny spent with The Customs House makes a massive difference to the whole organisation. We understand that the current climate is making life very difficult for everyone, we truly are living in unprecedented times, however, if you can afford to help support your local arts centre through the shutdown, there are a number of ways to get involved.

After the donation has been sent, you will receive a Gift Aid text prompt. Gift Aid boosts gifts by 25p for every £1 donated. If you are a UK taxpayer, The Customs House can benefit by claiming Gift Aid from HMRC on any donations you make. Gift Aid is reclaimed from the tax you pay for the current tax year.
