Alan Shearer Gives His 3 Words For Sir Bobby
Published: 20th June 2019
Bobby Robson Saved My Life, written by Jarrow-born poet and playwright Tom Kelly, is a wonderful new play focusing on the late Sir Bobby’s legacy and explores the ability of one person to have a dramatic effect on the life of another, without ever knowing it. As part of the play’s development, people are being asked to upload a video to social media, of themselves describing Sir Bobby in three words, using the hashtag #3wordsforBobby. A number of famous faces including Lee Clark, George Burley, Steve Harper and John Carver have already done so. The latest legend to get involved with the campaign is none other than Premier League and Newcastle United all time top goal scorer Alan Shearer. Please click on the link below to watch Alan showing his support for the play and giving us his 3 Words for Bobby.
