Based in The Green Room bar and bistro, you will assist the catering team in the daily running of a busy department which will include the restaurant, River View (our new conferencing suite), as well as private functions, celebratory events and other activities which are hosted at The Customs House. The successful candidate should be reliable and flexible as they may be required to work extra hours to cover holidays and sickness as well as provide extra support during busy periods such as Christmas time. 

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in the catering industry as and preferably a relevant catering/hospitality qualification.
