A Show You Won’t Want to Be ‘Missing’

Teen performers will tackle the issue of missing people in a new show at The Customs House. The Customs House Youth Theatre Senior Group have devised a piece of drama based around the disappearance of 16 year old Kevin Hicks in 1986.  Assistant Director Andrew Walker, 18, said: “We chose Kevin because of how mysterious and compelling his story was when we did research into missing people.” The show is based around the toll a missing person has on their siblings, friends, teachers and even the postman. “When we hear about a missing person, we always hear from the parents’ point of view as opposed to any other members of the wider community.
