Theatre company seeks South Shields wartime memories

May 2015 sees the 70th anniversary of World War 2’s Victory in Europe Day (VE-Day) and South Tyneside’s fourth annual community play, presented by KG Productions in association with The Customs House, will commemorate the anniversary with a new play which will tell the story of the war as experienced by the people of the town, both military and civilian.
