New brochures are mailed to Friends ahead of anyone else, giving you the opportunity to book seats for all professional productions before tickets go on general release.

Our quarterly newsletter will keep you up to date with all the events and activities happening at The Customs House.

Friends are entitled to a 10% discount on food and drink purchased at our bar.

Ticket reductions

You will benefit from discounted tickets for selected shows.

On occasion, we will invite you to attend certain productions as guests of The Customs House.

You will have the opportunity to attend exclusive pre and after-show events with playwrights and cast members.

We look forward to seeing you at our special preview evenings for all of our new gallery exhibitions.

Friends will be given the opportunity to become 'Free Time Friends' - a chance to become more involved in the running of the venue, perhaps staffing the gallery, or giving information to the public.
