The Customs House Youth Theatre is open to all young people aged between 11 and 19 years old who have an interest in drama, improvisation, devising and acting skills. The Group also takes part in a range of one off master-classes from Technical Theatre to Stage Combat. The Youth Theatre meet each Friday in term time and produce two original performances each year. There are also regular opportunities to see professional theatre and to potential to link Youth Theatre sessions towards an Arts Award, as the YT faciliators are Arts Award Advisors.

There are two groups: Juniors for Years 7-8 and Seniors for Years 9+

Due to Custom Breaks reaching full capacity, it has been decided that Custom Breaks is not currently recruiting any more new members at the present moment. 

However, we will be opening a waiting list and if there is a large demand we will run additional classes as well as a series of Holiday Open Sessions.Information on these will be made available in the future via the news section of the website. Look out for information on the group's performances also on the website.
